ACSI Accreditation
Hope Christian Academy is proud to be an ACSI-accredited school in good standing, reflecting our commitment to excellence in Christian education and continuous school improvement.
The Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) is a globally recognized organization that supports and accredits Christian schools. ACSI accreditation is a rigorous, comprehensive process that evaluates a school’s spiritual, academic, operational, and organizational effectiveness. Schools that earn ACSI accreditation demonstrate a clear commitment to integrating a Biblical worldview into all areas of education while maintaining high standards of academic excellence and institutional integrity.
As an ACSI-accredited institution, Hope Christian Academy meets established standards in several key areas, including:
- Spiritual Formation: Intentional integration of Biblical truth and Christian discipleship throughout the school experience
- Academic Excellence: Strong curriculum, effective instruction, and ongoing assessment of student learning
- Governance and Leadership: Clear mission, effective leadership, and responsible oversight
- Faculty and Staff Qualifications: Qualified, trained educators who model Christian character and professional excellence
- Student Care and Development: Support for the spiritual, academic, emotional, and social growth of each student
- Continuous Improvement: Ongoing evaluation and strategic planning to strengthen all aspects of the school
ACSI accreditation is not a one-time achievement but an ongoing commitment. Accredited schools engage in regular self-study, peer review, and continuous improvement to ensure they are faithfully fulfilling their mission.
At Hope Christian Academy, our accreditation affirms our dedication to providing a Christ-centered education that equips students to grow in faith, pursue academic excellence, and live with purpose.
Hope Christian Academy Statement of Faith
At Hope Christian Academy, our beliefs form the foundation of our mission, teaching, and community life. We are committed to the following truths:
The Holy Scriptures
We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the inerrant Word of God in their original writings, fully inspired by God both verbally and in their entirety. The Bible is our final authority and the only infallible guide for faith, truth, and daily living.
(2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21; Psalm 119:105)
The Triune God
We believe in one eternal, sovereign God, the Creator of heaven and earth, who exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each person of the Trinity is equal in divine perfection and attributes, yet distinct in role, working together in perfect unity in the work of creation and redemption.
(Genesis 1:1; Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14)
God the Father
We believe in God the Father as the sovereign ruler and sustainer of all creation, who lovingly governs all things according to His will and purpose.
(Psalm 103:19; Ephesians 4:6; James 1:17)
God the Son (Jesus Christ)
We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, co-eternal with the Father. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. Jesus lived a sinless life and willingly gave Himself as a sacrifice for our sins, bearing the penalty we deserved. Through His death, burial, and bodily resurrection, He secured redemption for all who believe. He ascended into heaven, where He reigns at the right hand of the Father and intercedes on behalf of believers. We believe in His personal and imminent return to establish His eternal kingdom.
(John 1:1, 14; Matthew 1:18–23; Hebrews 4:15; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Romans 8:34; Acts 1:9–11)
God the Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God, co-eternal with the Father and the Son. He convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and indwells every believer. The Holy Spirit guides, empowers, and transforms believers, leading them into a life of holiness and obedience to God.
(John 14:16–17; John 16:7–13; Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:22–23)
Satan
We believe in the existence of Satan as a personal being, originally created by God but fallen through pride and rebellion. He is the adversary of God and the enemy of mankind. His ultimate destiny is eternal judgment in the lake of fire.
(Isaiah 14:12–15; Ezekiel 28:12–17; 1 Peter 5:8; Revelation 20:10)
Humanity and Sin
We believe that God created humanity in His image, originally free from sin and designed for fellowship with Him. Through Adam’s disobedience, sin entered the world, and all humanity became separated from God. As a result, mankind is spiritually lost, morally depraved, and unable to restore that relationship apart from God’s grace.
(Genesis 1:26–27; Romans 3:23; Romans 5:12; Ephesians 2:1–3)
Salvation
We believe that Jesus Christ is the only mediator between God and humanity. Salvation is made possible through His atoning sacrifice and is offered to all by God’s grace. It is received through genuine repentance and faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. This saving faith results in spiritual regeneration, justification, and a restored relationship with God.
(John 14:6; Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 10:9–10; Titus 3:5)
The Christian Life
We believe that those who have been redeemed are called to live a life set apart for God. Through the work of the Holy Spirit, believers are empowered to grow in holiness, walk in obedience, and reflect Christ in their daily lives. Christians are called to live in the world while remaining distinct from sinful practices that dishonor God.
(Romans 12:1–2; Galatians 2:20; Galatians 5:16; 1 Peter 1:15–16)
The Church
We believe that all believers are united as one body in Christ, forming the Church. Every believer is called to actively participate in a local body of believers, using their gifts, serving faithfully, and supporting the mission of sharing the Gospel. The Church’s primary mission is to proclaim the message of salvation to all people.
(1 Corinthians 12:12–27; Hebrews 10:24–25; Matthew 28:19–20)
Eternity
We believe in the bodily resurrection of all people. Those who have trusted in Christ will be raised to eternal life with God, while those who reject Him will face eternal separation from God.
(John 5:28–29; Daniel 12:2; Revelation 20:11–15)
Unity of Believers
We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers in Jesus Christ. This unity, grounded in our shared faith, should be demonstrated through love, fellowship, and a common commitment to advancing the Gospel.
(Ephesians 4:3–6; John 17:20–23; Colossians 3:14)
This statement reflects the Biblical foundation upon which Hope Christian Academy builds its educational philosophy, spiritual formation, and community life.
